1988-98 GM OBS 1500 5x4.75 Lug Pattern F3 Caliper Front Medium Duty Drag Racing Brakes - 001-0320-1

Medium Duty Drag Racing brake kits are the latest release from TBM brakes in its drag racing line. These brakes are the perfect balance of lightweight brakes with incredible stopping power that are up to the task of stopping heavier cars as well as high demand/high heat applications such as heavy vehicles as well as stock/super stock and bracket racing vehicles that do not tend to use a parachute and utilize the brakes more than a typical heads up car or vehicle that uses the parachute every pass. Thanks to a 1/2" thick Revolution rotor and F3 4 piston no drag technology caliper, these brakes are up to the task for the most extreme uses in drag racing!

Installation Instructions

Unrivaled stopping power delivered by the industry leading F3 4 piston caliper and our .500 thick Revolution Rotor. This is the most powerful steel drag racing brake for the most demanding of applications while keeping crucial rotating mass and longevity in mind.

This kit fits the following:

  • 1988-1998 Chevy Silverado 2WD
  • 1988-1998 GMC Sierra 2WD

Weight: 12.5lbs per side or 25 lbs overall. This kit saves 60 lbs over factory disc brakes (both sides).

Kit includes:

*Please use red Loctite on all rotor bolts*

* These kits are designed to be used on spindles that accept a 1.375" Inner Wheel Bearing. These spindles are commonly found on 92-98 model year trucks, however please verify the measurement on your spindles to ensure fitment.

Installation of this kit will require 3AN lines that are sold separately

We recommend using TBM DOT 5.1 Extreme 6 Brake Fluid for all TBM Brake Kits. You'll need at least 4 (12 oz) bottles of fluid when building and plumbing a new system that is empty.
